Getting Help
It may not be quite as simple as yelling “HELP!”, but it’s close. We are available by either email or telephone as your situation may dictate. Routine email to “operations” will be actioned during normal business hours. Emails to “emergency” and the telephone are monitored 24/7.
If you would like to schedule some work: operations@misconsulting.ca
If you need help right away: emergency@misconsulting.ca
If you would rather phone us: 416-728-1271
1. Emailing operations@misconsulting.ca is solely for scheduling work to be done. Please do not use it to communicate emergency requests or for general communications.
2. Emailing emergency@misconsulting.ca is like pulling a fire alarm and alerts many people simultaneously. Please use this email where an immediate response is necessary.
3. Please provide as much information as possible about your work request and how to get in contact with you. Don't assume that the person responding has this information already.
4. Refrain from CCing other people when emailing. Often the other recipients will reply-to-all and repeatedly queue work requests for the same issue.
5. If you are having issues with your email, please call us instead.
Remote Assistance
We can provide remote assistance to our customers who are using Mac, PC, or Linux computers. Call or email for assistance. A technician will answer you back shortly with a support code. You must enter that code in the box below to grant access to our technician. For first time users, you will be required to download a small helper application that provides the remote access.
You may enter the code when you see "Join with a code" in the box below. If the technician is not ready you will see the message "No Available Sessions"….
Of course, you may still request a site visit if you are uncomfortable with or unable to grant remote access.
